This formula contains Aspartates, Amino Acid Chelates, and Citrates which are highly soluble organic forms of Calcium and Magnesium. Unlike inorganic forms (such as oyster shell, bone meal, and dolomite) which are only slightly soluble, the Calcium and Magnesium are readily available for assimilation.
