The Belted Lumbar Herbal Pack can be heated and used as a ‘hot pack’ or it can be frozen and used as a ‘cold pack’. For a hot herbal therapy microwave the pack and use it as a soothing remedy to the effected area. For a cold herbal therapy you can freeze it.
